We had a bee swarm in our chimney that has defeated a number of pest control companies. I sent a picture in advance to warn about the difficulty in reaching the nest and they said they’d sort it- and they did! Very efficient prompt service. Called Friday and arranged for Monday appointment. Choice of AM or PM appointment offered. Arrived on time and removed quite a large wasp nest . Showed us what he had removed and was amazed with the amount of wasps and grubs that were removed. Offered advice and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable member of the team. Council referred my job to a different company on Thursday morning .... nobody contacted me. I decided to contact BACKHOUSE as the nest is in the wall cavity next to my front door and needed it dealing with quickly.
