Was on holiday in the area and took advantage of their holiday week membership - thoroughly enjoyed the classes there. felt welcome and cared for as if I was a local I am a massage therapist and if I lived there would be asking to use their therapy room for sure

Had our second Embrace Breast Cancer Retreat today and I am asking myself why I haven’t been back between. Looking forward to coming on Wednesday for face yoga and will try and drag some more ladies to help spread what a gem of a place it is and how very therapeutic it is. Thanks again Kathryn for making us so welcome and having Embrace as your cause for this year. More...

Q&As

I love meeting new people, particularly those who have never tried yoga or Pilates before and seeing them challenge themselves. It's wonderful to see their calm and rested faces at the end of the session, and even better when they notice improvements in posture, mobility or strength in themselves.

I've practised yoga for over 15 years and felt that Louth needed a dedicated place where people could practise in a calm and welcoming environment. I was tired of trying to book into classes at leisure centres, fed up with the noise from gym equipment and high intensity classes, and didn't want the draughts and odd smells associated with school and village halls.
Louth Yoga Studio sits above Pawnshop Passage and looks out over roofs to the church spire - it's a tranquil oasis, part of the town yet separate from it.

We offer dedicated facilities and experienced teachers who will make you feel at ease from your very first class. The group sizes are small so you get lots of personal attention, plus we provide all the equipment so you don't have to carry your mat around town.
