Locksmith arrived quickly after calling (at 10pm) and found the lock was faulty and would need to be drilled out. Even though this was a more difficult than a usual call-out, didn’t try to charge me more, saying only if it took a crazy amount of time would there be extra charges. Of course he was very skilled and gained entry in a short time but I would of happily paid extra as all options were discussed in a very transparent manner. What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new customers and providing an excellent service so that I can put a smile on their faces and hope to see them again or get recommended by them for future jobs. I also love doing what I do as I've always been a bit of a handyman and loved fixing things around the house so now I can do what I enjoy and get paid for it. :-)
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to start a business since I was a teenager and hoped to have my own company someday when I get older and now I have achieved what I always wanted. I am now own this company and have a good small team of professional locksmith technicians who I work with me to provide an excellent service to our customers.
