Great place for a workout or chill in the sauna, kids have swimming lessons here too. Have seen amazing progress with them since starting lessons a year or so ago. Highly recommend.

Nice sense of community. Gym has been recently renovated, although could do with more varied machines for glutes and abs, also more areas to use mats and mirrors to control posture!

Bit of a queue to get in but was the weekend - staff friendly and the pool clean. Love the look of the new water park section for kids although think it is an additional cost after paying for the swim so not sure worth it and shame it isn't open to all. Overall good though and fun times!

Get facility with plenty of courses going on. Soft play on Friday is great and new splash area is good however, maybe one or two c on the cool side for little ones.

I go to L@C for Aikido practice and gym. Few leisure centres are equipped for martial arts so 5 stars to L@C for having judo mats in the Sports Hall (any future plans for a dedicated, matted martial arts room? ) as well as for a great gym. The gym has an excellent range of Precor equipment, including my favourite dual weight stack cable upper body Icarian machines and EFX elliptical trainers plus Concept rowers. The upper floor has big windows with natural light. The professional gym team creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all. More...

We had a great time at the family fun day today, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, there was loads to do and it was great value for money.
The new splashpad is brilliant my 2 year old son loved it.
The only drawback for me was the changing rooms which could do with a good scrub!

The splash pad is fab for the kids. There was plenty for them to do and they enjoyed doing lots of splashing!! I do think you should be able to go swimming as well as use the splash pad for the price we paid. We only had 45 mins when we were told at reception we had an hour!?! More...

Visited Splash with my Toddler this morning. We loved it. Fantastic facilities and fantastic fun had in the Splashpad! You couldn't ask for better entertainment at a reasonable price.
My daughter loved every second of it.
The only small negative I would add is that it was quite cold in the splashpad itself but perhaps that was because I was early on in the day and it hadn't heated up yet. However that doesn't put me off coming along again in fact I have a couple more trips planned already!

I think the splash pad is a great addition to the leisure centre a few key points.
* It gets a bit chilly for the adults when you get wet because of the air circulation and not being able to get into the water enough to stay warm.
*It's quite pricey just for use of the splash pad, and if you want to use the swimming pool you are supposed to pay extra for that. Personally I think it needs to be included in the price or at the very most an additional £1 to go for a swim.
*I get the timed slots are because it's new and to make sure it doesn't get crowded but hopefully one day you will consider doing away with timed slots, people will pop in and out of there whilst swimming so shouldn't get crazy busy especially if there is an age limit which I believe there is.
Despite these points id go again, I think the equipment is great and my boy was so excited when he was in there!

I used only a swimming pool there, so I can give to this place 4 star.
What I like:
- big swimming pool with 3 scores what is really useful, coz in weekend there are a lot of children who like to jump in pool without swimming;
- price;
- unlimited time in swimming pool;
- you can buy ticket to sauna and enjoy 2 tipes - dry and wet.
There are a problems with showers, about half not working at all. And I dont like a dirty floor in changing room, but I'm always bring a flip flops with myself so it's not a problem at all.

A great local leisure center. They have been re investing and upgrading the facilities. It can often be busy here trying to book courts for badminton and squash can be tricky and short notice. The gym is good here though could be a little bigger. The staff are friendly if not a little overworked. There is a good pool with a small spa and diving boards. More...

Recommend swimming classes for adults here. Group classes are small and inexpensive and the instructors are great. When they've finished the refurbishment of the changing rooms it will be 5 stars.

A great little leisure centre, biggest issue is lack of car parking but don't let that deter you from going.
