I am a London-based location sound recordist with 3 years of experience and 4 feature film credits.
In 2011 I completed a one-year film making course during which I learned various production roles such as director, assistant director, DOP, gaffer and editor, before settling into sound mixing as my preferred role. Learning other production skills has taught me how to be a team player and communicate clearly with other crew members.
Working in low and no-budget features and short films has taught me to find creative solutions to problems and to be flexible with what is required of my role. As I am often a one-man department working under the pressure of limited time, I have learned to be proactive as well as the significance of being extremely organised.
I pride myself in the quality of my work and the attention to detail I pay, and I have often been praised by editors and sound designers in the projects I have worked.
Recently I worked on Reign of the General, the sequel to Rise of the Footsoldier, starring Ricci Harnett and produced by Richwater Films. Previously I worked on the BBC's Escape to the Continent and shot a feature in Greece with Kurtis Stacey of Emmerdale and Rebecca Grant of Holby City.
I also have extensive experience in corporate productions with clients such as the NHS, Heavenly Ad Agency, Universal Publishing Production Music and various charity foundations such as NESTA and SHINE.
