Got Married here on the 23rd June. From start to finish Alex and Elvis were great. Nothing was too much bother for them and they replied to any emails very quickly. The Venue itself is amazing. The newly refurbished rooms were to a high standard and very clean. Sunken garden was a brilliant choice for the ceremony and the weather just added to our perfect day. Lanwades Hall was the only venue we viewed. With its charming interior and stunning grounds, we didn't need to look any further. Undoubtedly one of its main advantages is that you can choose your own caterer, DJ, bar etc. We didn't want a formal sit down meal and so opted for huge paellas to be served in the beautiful sunken garden. Very well planned Easter egg hunt and fair, my 5 year old’s goal was to see peter rabbit but was very happy and contented with his experience even though he did not get to see peter rabbit. Fun filled afternoon x

We stayed here for my brothers wedding on Saturday and I couldn’t fault anything. Staff were amazing and attentive, all requests were catered. The wedding was beautiful and ran smoothly. The food was amazing. As a mum I was grateful the children were well catered for and I loved that they were served first. The whole day was beautiful. We stayed in the apartment and again it was perfect. Anything that was asked of the staff was done promptly. The rooms are lovely, the kitchen and lounge was large enough to cater for everyone. Our whole family stayed in this apartment (it’s huge) and it added to the day for us all to be together. On Sunday morning we came down to the wonderful smell of breakfast in the beautiful Morning room. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee (which was much needed) was perfect. The house and grounds are beautifully kept, we literally could have stayed longer just to enjoy the house. We absolutely could not fault anything and would without doubt recommend Lanwades to anyone in the future. Thank you for a beautiful wedding and a fabulous weekend! More...

This is an amazing venue!!!! I ran a workshop here and had to virtually evict everyone at the end ... they didn't want to go home! It's beautiful inside and out. Alex is so helpful and friendly, would be perfect for weddings and parties too!! Thanks Alex x More...
