I've been going for a few years now. I hate exercise but i love going to the classes. they're fun, interesting sessions whether you're a beginner or more advanced. everyone is a lot of fun and really helpful, giving you a great way to get fit without the daunting gym. the instructor, mark, is well informed and will make sure there's something for you to learn no matter what routine/drill your doing. definitely recommend and will definitely keep going myself!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More...

Myself and my fiancé attended kung fu fit on Thursday and we both had a brilliant evening. Mark the instructor is a very nice easy going hard working guy. His knowledge of the wing chun style martial art is mind blowing. The dojo was clean and modern with underfloor heating so no cold feet and everyone who attended was friendly and easy to get along with. Wether you are doing it to get fit, learn self defence or just meet some new friends, kung fu fit is the place to be. Will definitely be going next time. More...

I'm a new starter with no prior martial arts experience. In my first lesson I felt very welcomed, everyone was very friendly and helped me to feel relaxed. The instructor (Mark) caters to all ability levels and ensures everyone is comfortable in what they are learning. A great experience which I am going to continue, would recommend to anyone looking to take up Kung Fu. More...

I've been attending Kung Fu Fit for nearly two years now, and I couldn't be happier. The instructor, Mark, is really friendly, helpful and incredibly skilled. Since going, I feel fitter, stronger and that I've made a good number of friends. Kung Fu Fit is a great place to spend my evenings learning, exercising and socialising. Rather than simply teach us Wing Chun, Mark has modernised the martial art for the 21st century, moving it beyond the stiff forms I've encountered in other clubs and ensuring we also focus on building our stamina and fitness. We move at a good pace, learning self-defence techniques that will be applicable and useful, making you feel that you're really taking away something with each lesson. If you're looking to learn Wing Chun, lose some weight or gain some friends, there's no better place than Kung Fu Fit. More...

Brilliant! This class combines a pretty tough workout with self-defence training, all in one fell swoop. As a total Kung Fu beginner, a lot of the martial arts terms and movements admittedly went right over my head, but I felt welcomed by Mark and the group and was glad I could keep up with the pace. All in all, this was just what I needed. Went home feeling on top of the world and ready for anything. Thanks! More...

A really welcoming environment with great atmosphere. The instructor is really knowledgeable, clear with his instruction and very good at creating challenging, rewarding and fun sessions. He seems to cater for all with a variety of abilities and ages all working side by side. This was my first time taking a class of this nature and I'd recommend it to anyone also new to these things, the trial period is great too. I go primarily for fitness and unlike going to the gym this feels like a much more rounded approach with endurance, strength, technique and flexibility all addressed. The location is really nice too, very near the centre, (I park in SouthGate). Very open, spacious, clean and tidy! More...
