Good little place for community events, grassroots organisations training etc. have toilets, seats and small sinks. Staff are always friendly. It needs more funding to add to the facilities (hand towel/dryer in the toilets?) and maintain it better, but it’s just a matter of being used more and securing more public funding. More...

The Koco is a handy place to book a room for events such as a scouts group or public meeting. There are a number of room sizes available, including a larger area that can be partitioned. It has a small number of parking spaces available including some disabled parking spaces and the ground floor is wheelchair accessible. The rooms are basic with no electronic facilities but there are power sockets available if you wanted to bring your own. One room comes with a basic kitchen area and there is a second kitchen area that is common to all rooms. Refreshments willThe staff will lay out the room to your needs and clear away afterwards. Refreshments can be provided at extra cost. The staff will lay out the room to your needs and clear away afterwards. The price is perhaps on the high side for what you get but you're unlikely to find a cheaper room available to book that's wheelchair accessible and so close to the city centre. More...

It has limited resources financially, however, considering all things its exterior and interior ( reception area only) have a unique and old style architecture it was once the offices of Reynold chain , who mass produced every type of chain, for every thing and anything worldwide. The rest of the building is strictly off limits to the general public for security reasons because it temporarily rehomes those people where life has been very problematic, and life has not been a dream .There are no public toilet facilities , the facilities inside are for the residents and staff only. The purpose is to somehow make a difference for the better for those residents, it is a relatively oasis of calm away from the troubles and serious strifes of life. It has a very logical progressive mind set for its residents, which forbids the use of any illegal narcotic drugs, on it's premises. It also has several businesses that also use this unique and beautiful building, which is still part of Coventry's past rich industrial culture. More...

The AIMHS service in the Koco Building is brilliant. Parking is restricted by the landlord of the site so you'll need to park in nearby streets. Staff in the koco are friendly and helpful. Room hire is relatively inexpensive. Aimhs runs a mental health peer support group every Wednesday at 11am More...
