Kent School of performing Arts

I have just watched my daughter complete her first theatrical performance to a crowd of people! It doesn't sound a lot to many but, for her this is a huge achievement and the confidence, inspiration and support that all the staff at KSPA have given her has been phenomenal. My son has been attending KSPA now for over 2 years and loves it ! He goes to the main school on Saturday mornings. He is part of the children’s choir on and Friday evening , then stays for family choir after which I asking attend, for me I love that we are doing something together ! He also has private ukulele lessons with Nick Headon. The Staff are amazing, fantastic teachers and such a friendly welcoming vibe. I highly recommend for building confidence, working with others and all in all being part of a wonderful performing arts family ! More...

My daughter first came along for an audition masterclass with KPSA. What a friendly bunch. Instantly felt welcome. It was professional and friendly. The next day they hosted an audition day which my daughter attended. Sadly my daughter was unsuccessful this time, but the staff helped mop up the tears and gave her plenty of words of encouragement and hope. So impressed were we by the whole ethos and professionality of the school staff I signed my daughter up for their summer school. Keira couldn't have been more excited and every day she came away tired, but ecstatically happy talking continuously about all she had learnt and the fun she's had. She made so many friends and the staff were lovely. They were totally unphased by needing to assist her in managing her medical needs. The icing on the top of the cake was being welcomed into the kspa "family" for the carnival, where she got to be on the float. Such an amazing and special experience for all of us. Thank you. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in the performing arts. So glad we accidentally stumbled upon this school and look forward to other courses and workshops in the future, just wish we didn't live so far away!!! More...
