I have recently attended two of Karen's workshops - LinkedIn and Twitter. I have a pretty good grasp of how to use both platforms but knew I hadn't been using them to their full potential. Karen proved this to be very right! The workshops were very informative and easy to follow and Karen is a great tutor. She was patient with everyone in the room and their varying knowledge and I felt I took a lot away from the morning sessions. I would highly recommend these workshops to anyone in business. I have seen Karen speak at a couple of events, once about LinkedIn and once about Twitter, and learnt a lot from her on both occasions. So I booked onto the Twitter Masterclass, wondering if there was really much else I could learn from her. It was time and money very well invested. Karen is very generous with her knowledge and shares a wide range of tips and ideas to help everyone in the room get more from social media. The course was packed with information, all explained in a straightforward, easy to understand manner and with good humour. I had never met Karen before but heard lots of nice things about her. She was very welcoming and I felt at ease straight away. I really enjoyed the session and got so much out of it. I recently attended a Twitter workshop with Karen and was very impressed with the content covered and the in depth knowledge Karen has of this social media platform. The fact that she was able to cater for beginners to more advanced users in the same session was a thumbs up from me! Her approachable and relaxed nature meant the floor was open to questions throughout the session and she shared some really great tools with us all.
