Yes fun ! Even though I felt like I was dying ! My body shape changed noticeably and I reduced my body fat ! I would highly recommend him , he's brilliant !

Being terrified of exercise I must admit I take my hat off to James!! He mixed things up and made me do things I never thought possible!
My body shape changed and I increased muscle mass and reduced body fat! I really did feel so much better and our sessions were fun even tho he worked us so hard! Highly recommend James he gets a 10 out of 10 from me!
