John designed the plans for our single storey extension and from the very start of the project he was extremely friendly and professional.
John initially came to visit our property which gave us the confidence that he could fully understand what we wanted to achieve. John has done fantastic plans for our extension and made great suggestions to make our initial ideas even better.
We had a lot of communication with John throughout the design of the plans, he always came back to us quickly and he was very patient with us when we wanted to see different options.
John also helped with getting the structural engineers report and has also put us in touch with a builder he recommends who we have met and are very impressed with.
Our extension will be starting later this year and we are confident that from the plans, we will achieve exactly what we want.
We are very pleased with the high level of service that we received.
