I start with a short consultation where I talk to my client about what their goal is and what has prevented them from getting there. I set a realistic timeframe for my clients usually around 12 weeks. We focus on lifestyle choices, exercise routine and I educate my client on nutrition. My coaching style is fun and rewarding to get the best out of the client.

The secret is consistency and focusing closely on your calories not only a fun exercise routine.

What I love most about my job is watching a client transform the way they look and feel. This can be both physically and mentally.

I love to be in control of all the services I offer. I enjoy choosing how to spend my time and helping individuals change their life in multiple ways.

I believe I am a great coach who is experienced enough to meet the demands of almost any individual. I am adaptable and make each and every session fun and memorable. Each personal training session has a purpose to improve you. Variety is key to keep your consistency up, so I like to challenge the client to bring out the best in the them. I am approachable and fun to be around and generally care about you. Most of my clients feedback is that they are learning so much whilst having fun so they generally look forward to each session.

Yes, my services include personal training online/remotely 1-2-1 or in small groups. These sessions include a exercise programme to do from home and help with your nutrition. All you need is an internet connection.

If you are choosing to have 1-2-1 or group PT at a distance I will bring hand sanitizer to each session for your hands and the exercise kit furthermore if you wish I can wear a mask at a distance of 2m, however this is not compulsory if we are training outdoors.

Services

Nutrition plans can be an separate service altogether where I create a bespoke nutrition plan tailored specifically to your goal which we discuss at the start of your journey. The nutrition plan is also included in my personal training package that also includes personal training and an exercise workout plan. Our nutrition plans look at either increasing or decreasing your macronutrients depending on your goal and furthermore we look into calorie control.

Our personal training packages are designed to give you the full works of regular 1-2-1 personal training sessions, nutritional guidance and an exercise programme to follow.

All personal training sessions are an hour long and you decide how many sessions you would like to do per week. Most clients opt for two sessions a week to maintain consistency.

I also offer small group personal training sessions for up to three people who have a similar goal, this helps people who struggle with motivation. This service also includes a exercise programme and nutritional guidance.

I also offer personal training sessions online via skype or zoom. These personal training sessions are available incase you are not local or prefer not to train in person due to the current pandemic. The personal training sessions you can do 1-2-1 or with up to 5 persons max. They include a exercise programme to do from home and a nutrition plan. All personal training sessions are an hour long and you choose how many sessions a week you would like.

If a client wants to just benefit from having a exercise programme made then we can provide this service for you. This programme will be tailored to your goal which we discuss at the beginning of your journey. If you would like to have help with your nutrition too then one of our PT packages maybe more suitable to you. Our goal focused programmes are for the duration of 12 weeks with normally 3 days a week training to keep consistency and to guarantee you a result. The sessions are 45 mins to an hour long depending on intensity of the programme.

Our strength and conditioning service is to help either an individual or a team to improve their level of performance. I look at the movement pattern of the sport to create the strength and conditioning sessions with the purpose of improving your fitness and strength to go on to win more.

My goal 90 coaching method is designed for busy individuals or groups. Rather than 1 hour sessions, we focus on 30 minutes sessions and you see me three times a week minimum. Each personal training session is tailored to a different area of fitness. This could be strength, stamina or flexibility. Each session you will be burning calories and having fun. The sessions are intense and regular to keep consistency and get you results. In between seeing me you will have a couple challenges on the way but there is no programme needed and you will have nutritional guidance to follow.
