What do you love most about your job?
The variety of issues that we deal with an how we can make a difference to the business owner, who will often come to us feeling under pressure, stressed and at a loss as to what action to take with employees. We can help take this away.
I also enjoy feeling like I am an extention to the clients team and its great getting to know the different personalities and characters.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a very good HR Manager, exceeding in my employment, but I wanted to test out my secret entrepreneur streak. I also wanted to build an outsourcing HR business, employing HR Advisors and offering our clients the best. I knew I did not want to be a stand alone HR consultant. Hence choosing the franchise route.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are local, personal and offer prgmatic solutions. We are not a call centre and will always spend time getting to know you and your team so that we can offer the best advice for you.
We have the ability to offer a large range of HR services, including tribunal indemnity insurance, on par with your large national companies, such as Penninsular and Citations but we provide the service locally and you will always be dealing with a HR professional taht you know.
