Jake is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with certifications in HIIT, Functional Training and Trigger-point Massage Therapy which helps to mobilise and increase flexibility throughout the body. Jake also has experience in Injury Rehabilitation.

Training with Jake will be one of the best decisions you can make! Jake will train you in a way that will specifically help you achieve your goals with the right methods and intensity. Jake will always consider postural alignment, core stability and range of motion. By taking on board all of these variables, progression will be seen and your training goals achieved.
