Nothing thrills me more than seeing the development and progress made with all those that I work with, either from sessions that I've delivered or coaching clients on a one to one basis.
Mentor / Life Coach
Experience of working with clients with various barriers providing information and guidance allowing individuals to overcome these barriers. This would be monitored with regular meetings for reviews where I discuss and agree SMART targeted tasks with deadlines for individuals to achieve their goals. A natural ability to influence and guide individuals that are at a very low point in there lives to manage their way of thinking with a positive focus by drawing on my own personal and professional life skills. The results of this are often very noticeable in a short space of time.
Experienced in delivering creative and informative training sessions. PTTLS certificate gained and able to plan and create sessions based on Scheme of Works. Skilled at delivering uplifting motivational sessions to the long term unemployed inspiring individuals within the groups to stay focused on achieving their job goals whilst coping with many setbacks. Also gained many years experience training field sales representatives in Direct Sales with techniques in follow strategic selling steps and negotiating to close deals.
Having remained totally focused with overcoming many personal and professional barriers in my own personal life, I have naturally gained first hand experience in developing coping strategies that have allowed me to overcome many obstacles, that often would result in a mental state of depression, anxiety, loss of faith and belief in oneself by others. From an early age I discovered my ability to inspire and motivate others with ease whilst enhancing my skills throughout my working history. In realising my core skills reside in my passion for helping individuals to see things from a different perspective in a positive light, I have chosen to embark on a career path to use these skills and do something I love. I am a trained NLP Practitioner and have also gained certification as a Life Coach. I will also be adding to my portfolio soon as a EFT Practitioner following my next goal and achievement.
