We did a sizeable project with Phillips D&B. We were impressed with a number of factors :
- design input and quality of recommendations - really important on a big project - Jonathan was very in tune with our taste and understood what we were trying to achieve
- effort expended to find the best solutions, from ensuring that plumbing was hidden in the existing wall space (a tricky challenge in our building), to finding the perfect fixtures and fittings without costing a fortune
- quality of workmanship was excellent - having failed to find the right ready-made doors, they made some for us and installed them beautifully on hanging rails - they look amazing
- generally the quality of work was the extremely high - there is nothing to fault in the finished project
- at the end of every day the work space was cleaned and cleared and every effort was made to minimise dust and disruption
- the 10 week project came in on time and there was complete transparency and good communication about timings and budget throughout
- generally a nice team to have in our home

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Most outbuildings can be converted and may need planning. We can carry out all submissions and specifications on your behalf .
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
First assess the situation and ensure that the project would be feasible both thechnically and financially. Provide a costing and some rough sketches based upon your requirement s. Apply for planning to your local authority with required documents. Costs for this vary and can be based upon a set fee. Once planning is apporved we submit for Building Regulations and provide a complete break down of all costs.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Lofts can generally be converted with more traditional style construction offering more suitable spaces.
How long have you been in business?
Our family has been building in the South East since 1971 under the same company name .
What guarantee does your work come with?
All our work is covered by our contractors insurance and we can offer separate underwritten guarantees per contract at an additional cost. We offer a 12 month warranty on our work.

What inspired you to start your own business?
We are builders ...that's what we do. I love being outside and constructing something. Form sheds to hosui gvestates its all great fun . I love the whole process from design to completion.
