I am a personal trainer based at Barnet Copthall Leisure Centre.
I will travel to customers within London Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Enfield and Haringey. Customers can travel to me at any of the Barnet Better Gyms.
I specialise in kickboxing/boxing padwork, fat loss, HIIT training, toning and muscle /strength building.
I do Boxfit classes in Enfield and Finchley and will also do small group training as well as corporate accounts. Special rates available for mixture of private and Boxfit sessions.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Different clients require different training, each is an individual and there is no "one size fits all approach" to training. The most important thing is for clients to have a goal and believe they can achieve that goal in a given time scale. I help my clients to achieve their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Train smart and eat healthy. The saying " you can't out train a bad diet" is there for a reason.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients achieve the wellness and fitness goals. It's so satisfying see client's reactions when they do something they never thought they could do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been training people for years as a hobby and decided to the leave the 9-5 behind a computer screen in finance to do what I'm truly passionate about.
Winchmore Hill and Enfield Hockey Club
I was asked to do 10 weeks pre season fitness training for this long established club in summer 2015. Participants ranged from men and women 1st teams through to total beginners. At the end of the sessions, some continued to attend my boxfit classes in Enfield. Discussions are in place for similar training this year.
Corona Energy, Watford
I'm now in the 3rd year of this project where I instruct Boxfit classes once a week for staff members in line with company's wellness policy. Project was initially twice weekly, including a day for weight training and circuits. Participants have experienced various results including weight loss, improved fitness, fatloss and body toning.
