I offer 1/2/1 and small group sessions. I also deliver local kettlercise classes in mendip hall Wellsway School keynsham on a Monday & Wednesday evenings at 20.00-21.00
I have a variety of qualifications, including GP Referal,spin,free weights qualifications,boxing,and nutrition .
I now have my own private gym, allowing you to train in private.The gym is equipped with a commercial treadmill,concept 2 Rower, punchbag,static bike and I also have a large area to do outdoor workouts including battle ropes.

I started doing personal training with Mike in March 2019 and my confidence strength and overall outlook on life has done a complete 180. I have been training with Mike since August '18. The sessions have been tailored especially for my needs and expectations. He knows when to push me or ease off depending on how I am feeling at the time. He is very friendly and although the sessions can be tough, I always find them enjoyable as he makes me feel comfortable in the quiet environment rather than in an impersonal busy gym. Mike was great as my personal trainer. I didn't know what to expect as never hired one before. He was great. Very motivating, always punctual and friendly. He worked with me to achieve my specific goals, and although hard work, it was always such fun. I lost a total of 6 inches in 6 weeks, which I was very pleased with. It was a natural decision to hire Mike as my personal trainer in prep for a big event later this month! In the first 10 weeks I lost 7.5 inches and 6lbs on the scales. I know for some you think only 6lbs... but my body shape completely changed, resulting in the drop of a dress size and a half! I am over the moon with these results..even more so as I unfortunately sustained a personal injury in the third week. It was a big decision for me whether to enrol with a personal trainer , I was very apprehensive but eventually took the plunge , from the initial meeting I found Mike very easy to get on with , he made me feel very comfortable in his presence. Although his sense of humour leaves a lot to be desired �(only joking). We talked through what I wanted to achieve and came up with a plan. I have been training with Mike for the past five weeks. I have absolutely no will power and in the past have given up very quickly. Mike really keeps you focused and positively encourages you in every element of training. He develops a training schedule to enable you to reach your own goals, whatever they may be. If there are areas of the training that you don't enjoy as much, he will vary the approach. Every session is different, which is great to keep you both interested and motivated. He sets independent training schedules for you to follow when you haven't got a training session with him and helps with dietary advice. Great all round work out, tried many classes and variants of weights and circuits etc over the years but kettlercise really hits the spot for a mix of them all plus great fat burn potential and a really enjoyable atmosphere - give it a go, you'll love it and Mike's motivational banter.
