- Discuss the brief and project requirements with the client
- Talk through the project spec and timeframes
- Establish/agree the brief

What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A clear brief, any exsisting artwork or imagery to be included, agreed costs and time frames/schedule
What do you love most about your job?
The creativity! I have been a graphic designer working in London and around Kent for twenty years, I believe fantasic design evolves every business, whether large or small
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted the variety of clients that having my own design business brings along with the mix of creativity
