Brilliant work from these guys, I will definitely call on them again, and will recommend to anyone I know who needs work doing. They came to fit a blind and replace a dishwasher door panel that had come off. The blind took no time at all, but when it came to the dishwasher door, Saeed's team had to do quite a lot of problem-solving because the original kitchen-fitter had packed the units too close together (which was the reason the original door panel had come off as it was wedged in against the neighbouring cupboard doors). Saeed ended up moving all of the built-in neigbouring units along the floor by a few mm so as to fit the replacement panel in. It was loads of work for him, but he did it in very little time, charged very little for his extra time and labour, and the work is to an amazing standard. I realise this is quite a long description of the problem but just wanted to illustrate the efforts they went to in sorting out a complex problem. Top quality business. :) More...

I can find NOTHING negative to say about Fix My Flat Pack at all. Fantastic service, very reasonable prices and best response times I have ever had from any other companies - they have always come either the same or next day, sometimes within just a couple of hours! I can find no fault with them at all and am planning on using them for quite a few other jobs after New Year - they have been so good, I don't think I'd cinsider using anyone else for either putting flat pack furniture together, joinery work or general handyman type things. I would also like to comment on Saeed, the director of the firm, who came and did the work for me - it's a long time since I've come across such a pleasant, helpful and efficient workman and I would not hesitate in recommending him to other people (in fact, I already have!).
