What do you love most about your job?
We love being able to reassure our clients when things get tough, whether that be exiting a difficult employee safely or ensuring they have the correct people procedures in place. We have seen company cultures change with the work that we do and we are proud to be part of this change.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to offer a true work life balance to senior HR professionals that have left full time employment to have children or pursue a more balanced life. I now have a team of highly experienced HR consultants who deliver for our clients and have a positive impact on their business'.
Why should our clients choose you?
Every organisation must have a people agenda to succeed and an employee tribunal claim can destroy a business financially and effect their reputation. Hiring an HR Director will cost a minimum of £70,000 a year. Outsourcing HR to us means you get a team of HR Directors for a fraction of the price.
