Hockley Developments are very straight talking and honest people, always keeping integrity as one of their primary agendas. I know this due to having undergone very smooth sales of their developments and also some challenging ones (through no fault of their own) - Whether smooth or challenging, Hockley have always been willing to listen and be open-minded to alternative ideas. I have a team of 26 staff of all different skills and ages, yet each time I hear feedback of Hockley being a pleasure to deal with. Have so far purchased apartments in three, separate developments. Two apartments in separate developments in Carrington, Nottingham and the other one in Basford, Nottingham. One apartment in Carrington is now complete after a 12 month build time with that apartment let within 5 days of completion. The other Carrington apartment is due for completion at the end of November 2017 after a 10 month build. My final unit in Basford is just starting the construction but I have no hesitation in recommending the developer. The completed apartment in Carrington has recently been remortgaged at just over £25,000 more than the price I paid for it so obviously I'm incredibly happy about that. Once the other Carrington unit is completed I expect it to rent just as quickly and to also be refinanced in around 6 months time too. You're kept fully up to date on a Monthly basis with a member of their team visiting the site and taking 20 or more photos so you can clearly see the site progressing. The developer offers genuine, discounted properties at good specification with the option of upgrading the specification if you wish for a nominal cost i.e. If you wanted an upgraded kitchen or full height tiling to the bathroom for example. I will keep buying form them so long as they keep exceeding my expectations and I'm sure you will feel the same if you buy a property from them. More...
