I have chameladec designer walls, two different designs supplied and fitted from Heat Force in my salon in Rhiwbina Cardiff, Heat Force were very quick in designing the walls, fitting the walls and Dave the designer was fantastic! ! From Dave coming to my home to assess and explain the procedures with boiler fitting and to Luke, Tony and Joe coming in to fit it I didn't have one single issue. Just had a completely new central heating system installed by the lovely boys at Heatforce. REALLY surprised at how quick and efficient they were in getting the old system out and the new one in!

The engineers, Luke and Tony were both very polite and courteous and seemed to work really well together. They finished the job well on time and were both very tidy.

Joe popped in to install the shiny new Nest thermostat and he was great too.

All in all, extremely satisfied with the whole experience and would DEFINITELY recommend them. More...

Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Heatforce. Full boiler replacement carried out, very professional, nothing was too much trouble, great experience from the initial quote right through to the final installation. Thank you so much! My grandparents had a big issue with their heating system and was recommended Heatforce. Their customer service was excellent and the job was done to a very professional standard. I have to say the after care service was also second to none. I recommended them to my best man at my wedding and I know he was extremely impressed also due to the advice offered to him and attention to detail. What I like best about this company is that in an age where the big companies are trying to take advantage of those in need and give bad advice for their own financial gain, Heatforce continues to provide quality service, putting the customer as it's main priority. After our boiler was condemned the rush was on for a new heating system. Rob came to give us a quote on Monday and wasn't offended we were getting quotes from others (unlike another company). After reviewing them all we decided to with Heatforce - a bit of a gamble as not well known where we live. We booked the work on the Tuesday and they prioritised us as we have two small kids and started work on the Wednesday. There was a small blip due to some miscommunication on the removal of the old (asbestos) flue, but then a course of action agreed and work started.

Our old boiler and heating system was very old and knackered! Everything was replaced and a new combi boiler installed. Work took slightly longer than initially thought (due to how old and rubbish our old system was) but the price stayed the same.

The two guys who installed everything, Dean and Martin, were brilliant. They made sure everything was protected and cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. They really are a credit to Heatforce!

I am really happy with this service. From old boiler being condemned to new one installed and working was 7 days. I am really happy and pleased we took the gamble! :-) Will definitely use again in the future. More...

I decided to have a new combi boiler installed. So I rang heatforce for a quote, and to be fair it was really competitive. The thing that swung it for us was the 10 years free parts and labour warranty they offered. They also offer 0% finance repayments.
The engineers were very professional and didn't leave any mess behind.
Later that day I also received a phone call off service manager Matthew Griffiths to see if I was satisfied with the work done by heatforce. I told him I was fully satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else. More...

Great service from start to finish! When my boiler packed up, I rang Debbie and she got me an out of hours engineer to come within 90 minutes of ringing. Mike, the engineer was very efficient checking over the boiler. A new part was ordered and was ready to be installed the following morning! Quality service and kept informed at every stage. I can not fault the service from Heatforce at all. Debbie was so lovely to us although she was stressed and harrassed. Ryan had traversed the treacherous conditions to make sure hundreds of people were warm, not just me!

I am truly thankful for the dedication of Heatforce staff particularly when they volunteered to take calls and check Facebook and received abuse because of their kindness.

Truly they were our 6th emergency service over the bad weather putting life and limb at risk to get to us. Thank you x More...

We had used Heatforce to supply and install a wood burner a few years ago and were happy with their service so when the boiler packed up we didn't hesitate in calling them out again. From David who came to assess and quote, the staff at the office and the workmen who changed the boiler and plumbed in a new radiator they couldn't have been more helpful. Tony and Luke rang first thing to say they were on their way, kept me informed throughout the day and worked diligently till the job was done. In particular I was impressed with Tony who, seeing I had a cast on my broken leg, offered to start a fire in the woodburner and get more wood for me. They double checked everything before they left, showed me how to use the system and said they would be back if there were problems.So far, so good. Have to say yesterday I was very annoyed at the managing side of heatforce but as far as the men on jobs go it's superior.
