We have just had a wonderful few days here, we had a small Wedding Vow Renewal ceremony in one of the meeting rooms and the event management ladies were so lovely and helpful. The staff within the hotel were always friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious and the afternoon tea we had after our ceremony was gorgeous, made even more enjoyable with a bottle of bubbly thrown in and confetti on our table :) Enjoyed every minute so thank you. My husband and I have just spent three nights at this hotel. I was impressed by the curtosy phone call I received prior to arrival to check if there was anything the hotel could do to make our stay more special.
I had asked for a quiet room and that is exactly what we were allocated on the fifth floor.
Very clean, comfortable bed and good view of the Ferris wheel and the Mersey.
Staff on reception were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile to find packaging to bring some pottery home in. A special mention for Blake's restaurant staff..great food and friendly service.
If you are visiting Liverpool, this is the place to stay, in the heart of the city, right next to Mathew Street's "The Cavern".. another must to visit! The artwork and photos in the hotel really set the tone and make this a unique place to stay. Even if you are not a big fan of the Beatles when you arrive in the city, you almost definitely will be by the time you leave! One of the friendliest city's we have visited. Thanks for a great time!

Whether you like The Beatles or not this is a great hotel to stay. Clean, modern and very friendly, helpful staff. The Cavern Pub and Club are literally round the corner and there are more bars offering live bands and music, so whatever your taste you're sure to find a venue that suits. The hotel is great. It has a ton of Beatles pictures, it is modern and luxurious. The downsides are - there were confusion over breakfast and wether it was included in the price, the breakfast was cold, lack of plugs and lighting in the room and the shower was awful!

Having stayed several times now this hotel whether you are a Beatles fan or not is great. The decor is very tastefully done each room has a little individual touch with a different piece of artwork above the bed to showcase some of the Beatles work.
The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The bar serves a wide variety of drinks including some amazing cocktails. The afternoon tea is delicious and the food in the restaurant is top notch.
Even if you are not staying here its worth calling in for a drink to check it out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea today. Starting with a lovely glass of chilled prosecco with fresh raspberries or strawberries before ordering our food. The sandwiches were really fresh and tasty, the scones still warm with lots of fresh clotted cream followed by a tasty assortment of cakes and our choice of coffee and earl grey tea. The staff were all very welcoming and Jack our waiter was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the ambience of the tastefully decorated area and the Beatles music playing softly in the background, together with the Beatles memorabillia on display. My husband and I visited Liverpool last month. Visiting Liverpool has been #1 on my bucket list for 50 years and I finally got there! I was so pleased to walk into the hotel room and discover my name on the TV along with streaming Beatles music! I immediately turned to my husband and exclaimed "This place is a Beatles paradise!" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, except for a couple of things: most days the "down" elevator wasn't working and we needed to walk down the stairs - no big deal since we were only on the second floor. The other thing that could have been improved was the mattress. It was far too soft for us. I'd upgrade the mattresses in the rooms if it were up to me. Other than that, Liverpool was everything I had hoped it would be. In fact, I enjoyed it more than the London portion of our trip. Liverpool itself was very walkable; in fact, we never took a bus or train but walked everywhere instead (except for taking the Magic Mystery Tour from the Albert Dock). The other disappointment (which is no fault of the hotel's) was that the Mersey Ferries were out of operation for the foreseeable future, so we weren't about to Ferry Cross the Mersey. Its a lovely hotel staff are very helpful food is good the first night we got a room that was very noisey from mathew st but we told them at reception and they changed our room for us the only trouble was the bath wasnt long enough.i would definetly stay here again
