We used GadARCH for the planning and building of our 2 bedroom annexe extension for our parents. GadARCH are very experienced at what they do - we were struggling how best to plan with the needs we had - GadARCH showed us ways to maximise our space and create a comfortable home for our parents. They also worked closely with the planning department to remove any anxiety and stress this could have caused us. We contacted George and his team after being recommended his services for an extension, Boundary wall and replacement Glazed barn door at our home. Our property is grade II listed and also in a conservation area which obviously caused extra issues within itself. George is very approachable and with his expert eye for detail and knowledge of the industry all permissions were successfully obtained and works commenced.I would have no hesitation in using again and recommending George and his team for any future building and architectural design work projects irrespective of size or complexity. We used Gadarch to design our 2 storey extension. We found the design both innovative and providing more space than we expected. Gadarch saw the plans to the planning department and worked with the local council planning to get the plans approved and passed. This could have been very stressful for us - however Gadarch worked on our behalf to iron out any concerns with planning. I am Graham Morris. GADARCH design services was appointed by myself to undertake a full refurbishment housing project in July 2012. Works were concluded 30 January 2015. GADARCH services included but not limited to the following; preparation, submission and obtain closure of all planning issues. close all building control and building regulation issues and approvals. full design and on site project management services for a single storey kitchen/dining/Wetroom/lounge extension and new build detached garage. I found George and his team to be very cooperative and client focused. Design and specification for elements of the work is to a relatively high standard. Also pricing, fees and payments are fair and competitive pending on his required level of involvement.I would gladly use GADARCH to undertake any future projects and would recommend this company to anyone who require a very good medium sized design practice.
