What do you love most about your job?
Being able to turn a situation around so that Owners, Operators and Managers can get on with running their business, increasing sales and making profit.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The short answers is "Freedom and a Partner in crime to do it with" - but Bark said I had to provide at least 50 words - here's the rest.
I have over 25 years experience in hospitality from working in a bar when I first came to London all the way through to running my own bar in the early 90's and then starting out in recruitment, learning and development and into such arcane matters as employment law and specifically HR.
Towards the end of paid employment I worked for a small independent pub company as HR Director that was purchased by a big chain. I realised working for a big player was not me and my now husband said " let's set up an HR business together" - as they say the rest is history.
