This gym has a large free weights area which suprisingly doesn't get that busy during the evenings, also has friendly staff who are there if you need any help would recommend to anybody!

I have been in all most gyms at Nottingham city but only I can say that Formula1 is the best and my favourite,Very friendly and warm staff ,old school equipments makes you feeling doing proper workout

This gym has a separate floor for ladies. No gents allowed on the ladies. It is one the the few gums in nottingham that have a separate ladies are. They have very good facilities. I’ve never felt so at ease working out. The staff at this gym are like no other! Caring, attentive and really encouraging no matter if it’s your first time or 1000th time working out.

Very friendly and kind staff who are always happy to give advice about different workouts and form. The gym itself has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a variety of diverse equipment, including a large collection of dumbbells allowing you to work toward your own goals. The gym is also very beginner friendly, as you are provided a tailored personal assessment and workout plan, with additional guidance on form if needed. Very nice gym. Perfect for bodybuilding. I like iron dumbbells and the Olympic barbell. If you want really get bigger this is def the best choice.
