I am so appreciative to Fixcookers. I called today with a hob ring that wouldn't light. The owner (Sorry I didn't catch your name) ran through some trouble shooting on the telephone with me and was adamant my issue was only small and I would be able to rectify it myself. After five mins on the phone trying lots of different things we finally managed to get it working. I was willing to pay a call out fee and have this fixed. I would recommend Mark to anyone .I rang him with a fault to our cooker at 5.15pm and he was fixing it at 5.45 you can't beat that for service and he's a nice guy too!!

Phoned Mark this afternoon to help me get my Smeg cooker up and running. He tried to offer me some advice over the phone to get it working to save me having to pay any call out fee which I thought was brilliant. Many wouldn't try to save me money! Mark of FixCookers done a great job of installing my new Belling cooker on Saturday 21st July 2018. He had contacted me on the 20th stating the work he would do at a very keen price. The price was very good as it included disconnecting the old cooker, moving it outside and supplying a new flexible hose and safety chain. I texted him when the cooker was delivered and he arrived and carried out the work as stated. Both the Gas and Electrical safety were checked as well. A great job at a great price.
