The Fitness Farm has 2 private PT studios, one in Wingrave in Buckinghamshire, and one in Dunstable in Bedfordshire.

We specialise is helping people lose body fat and increase muscle tone and strength through a variety of training techniques.

I was at a really low point last Nov when I came across Danny's post on Facebook. After pouring my woes out in an email, I received a positive, friendly reply immediately. I'm the wrong side of 50, have had a hip replacement, arthritis in my knee, overweight and extremely unfit. After just a few months (as I had to pause for shoulder surgery) I now feel fitter than I've done in ages and lost 2 1/2 inches from my waist and about 1 3/4 inches from my hips and down almost 2 sizes. Believe me, if I can do it anyone can! Danny is really friendly and knows just how hard to push you. Can't believe I'm actually about to admit that I'm enjoying the training! More...

Everthing is tailored to suit the clients individual needs. We build a programme that will fit in best with their lifestyle, and help clients to implement small manageable changes to their diet and exercise that are sustainable.

I wanted to move away from the typical commercial gym environment which can be very intimidating for people, and create a nice relaxed training environment that everyone can enjoy.

Services

We offer 1-1 personal training and will work with you to reach your health and fitness goals

We provide all clients with nutrition advice and you will receive a free copy of the Fitness Farm Healthy Recipe Book

We run outdoor boot camp style classes in the beautiful Buckinghamshire coutryside

We run small group HIIT sessions. Each session lasts 30 minutes and we have a maximum of 5 people in a session
