This is the perfect way to get in a workout especially with twin infants. I always feel encouraged to push myself and as a result always walk out feeling like I accomplished more than I could on my own.

I love the small total body circuits between each walk/jog! Katie shows three different ways for each exercise based on your fitness level, which I find so helpful! And after almost a month, I'm getting stronger and able to do more and push myself with the encouragement from her, along with other moms. The kids also have fun watching us and always get a fun treat at the end! Awesome workout, so happy I found this! More...

I'm so glad I found Fit4Mom Stroller Strides. I love being able to get a full body work out with my kids in tow. After only a few months I had noticeable definition in my arms and legs, and I'm toned up in other places. I'm a lot stronger and have a lot more endurance. But the main thing I love about Stroller Strides is being able to get out and talk and relate to other moms. Motherhood can be a struggle sometimes but Fit4Mom gives me motivation to get up and start my day the right way :) Thanks Katie, Stephanie, and Carol- you are all amazing ladies. More...

I love Fit4Mom Stroller Strides classes! Before having my son, I was in workout classes 2-4 days per week. I stayed fairly fit throughout my pregnancy, but as soon as I had him, I got stuck in the habit of eating poorly and not getting out much. Stroller Strides classes provide me and my baby a fun time while I get a chance to workout, as I otherwise wouldn’t be able to unless it was on the weekend or late at night after my husband gets home from work. I love that the classes are all other moms, so everyone supports one another. It’s great to have a place to workout, entertain my baby, and have a mom support group all in one! I am so glad a Fit4Mom is nearby me! A friend from another state told me she was in a local chapter and also loved it.

Katie, the director and fitness leader, is very nice and mixes up the workouts all the time! She also makes sure to engage the older kiddos. There are different ways to do the exercises depending on your level of fitness.

I found it a great way to meet other moms, get a great workout, and forge new friendships all while being able to tote my kiddo around since I'm a SAHFTM (stay at home first time mom). It is a great motivator to get out of the house!

After being invited to a class by two of my mom friends, I knew I had to check out Fit4Mom. I immediately fell in love! (Don't tell my husband ) Every class I've been to has been a great workout, and the sense of community among all the moms feels like home.
