Dan is a brilliant PT at JD Gyms, he works hard to help his clients achieve their goals and gives them the push they need. He knows what he’s talking about and he knows what is needed from what exercises to do right down to your diet.... it’s amazing how much knowledge he has which is personalised to your fitness level and your goals!
