I stopped exercising at the start of my first pregnancy, losing confidence and seriously lacking in fitness by the time I’d had my baby. Fit and Healthy Mums soon changed all of that! Keri creates such a supportive environment - it’s a whole room of mums helping other mums; laughing off the meltdowns, ignoring the baby sick on your shoulder and between all of that actually getting to workout! Another baby later... and Keri has taught me more about my post pregnancy body than I ever thought possible, shared some amazing parenting tips, and even managed to tone me up along the way. More...

Great classes for before and after birth. Nothing else like it around, helped prepare me for birth and get back into shape afterwards. A great way to meet other mums.

I attended prenatal aerobics which I loved, baby massage which was pretty much the first thing I ventured out the house for with my newborn and then buggyfit and Pilates. Kerry has always been a massive support, encouraging and positive and able to make you smile with a joke on even the most sleep deprived days. I'd highly recommend Fit and Healthy Mums to anyone in the area. More...

Keri is funny, enthusiastic and best of all is a mum of three. Her lively classes are set to some fab tunes which take me back to my younger days when I was fitter. She doesn't mind wriggly babies either which makes exercising so much more appealing in those early days xx More...

I attended the Fit4Birth prenatal areobics classes initially. I had never attended a fitness class ever before and was petrified, but Keri was so welcoming and her energy so infectious that I kept attended the classes right up until I was 40 weeks pregnant. As soon as I could I started attending Buggyfit after the birth of my son and I love the flexibility of being able to do things at my own pace as well as having the opportunity to push myself if I want to. Fit and Healthy Mums not only provides top quality classes but a great opportunity to meet other Mums too (and a good excuse to get out of the house when you need it most!) More...

I started attending buggyfit classes and then progressed to PT sessions once a week with Keri, initially focussing on improving my pelvic floor before moving on to fitness. I've never enjoyed exercise as much as I have with Keri, her sessions are fun, challenging and always tailored perfectly to you as an individual. Keri has a wealth of expertise in all things pre and post natal which gives you confidence to safely push yourself to the right level for you. Working with Keri has improved my fitness, my energy, my confidence and my health after having my baby and I've been so pleased with the results! I went to baby massage with my 6 week old boy, we learnt lots which we still use now and made some lovely mummy friends too. Highly recommend baby massage to any new mums, helps to relax you and the baby and gives you another tool when the evening witching hour kicks in! More...

I first found 'Fit and Healthy Mums' when I was pregnant last year and joined 'Fit 4 birth'. I carried on with the class until I was 38 weeks pregnant. Keri supported me so I was able to carry on for so long! Then since having my little boy we've done Mum and Baby yoga and Pilates with Jenny! We love the classes and they're so flexible with little ones � there's never any pressure to go outside your comfort zone and I've always come away feeling great! More...

I first came across Fit and Healthy Mums when I was pregnant and really enjoyed Fit4Birth which is the perfect level of exercise when pregnant as there are good variations of exercises depending on what stage you’re at. I went until 38 weeks and I’m sure it helped me stay active during the later stages of pregnancy. Since having my baby, we’ve been to mum and baby yoga and Pilates, both of which we’ve really enjoyed. Thank goodness for postnatal exercise that you can bring your baby too! More...

I absolutely love buggy fit. I have never done any kind of organised group exercise before, or been to a gym, but this class is designed so you can set your own pace. It's always fun, the activities are varied and I never fail to come away feeling like I've achieved something. The instructor is friendly and the group provides brilliant social interaction with other mums, we never fail to have a good time - come rain or shine or even snow! More...

When I was pregnant I was really keen to continue exercise but felt I needed guidance as to what exercises were safe to do. I discovered the Fit4birth evening classes and loved going to them. Keri makes the classes such fun and allows you to pace yourself. I continued until around 39 weeks. Postnatally I have loved going to first bootcamp and then the HIIT classes. They are varied and a great way to meet other mums and keep fit. Both Keri and Monica are fantastic inspiring instructors and are great at helping to settle fractious babies or toddlers enabling mums to continue exercising. I can’t recommend these classes enough!
