Dreadful experience. Bunch of cowboys. They didn’t get my tax return filed in time so I was fined by hmrc even though I gave them all the paperwork in November. They didn’t contact me at all until January 30th to say they hadn’t got my P60 ( which they’d had but lost) and needed more information. I was away at the time and couldn’t access anything. And then they held me to ransom and wouldn’t file until I paid the bill which was a ridiculous £1200 for what was a relatively simple tax return More...
