Fantastic service. Had booked trip pre covid. The team had worked so hard to manage all the postponements, cancellations and rebookings. Nothing was ever too much trouble. we recently visited las vegas booked through experience it now. on arrival we were told that our rooms had not been paid for. despite us paying experience it now. we had to pay again to be able to continue our vacation. since returning we have spent 2 months attempting to get our money back, all parties involved have washed there hands of it and we are 2k out of pocket. the trip was booked through experience it now and should therefor be sorted by them. awful aftercare.
