Training with Mario was one of the best, invigorating decisions i have ever made!
I came to a point where i felt like i simply need a push in the right direction, i struggled an awful lot on my own!
i needed HELP!
i joined with Mario for a 6 month block, i lost a lot of weight! (at last!) and i toned up nicely.
Mario gave me a strict diet plan and training schedule, obviously i cheated now and again... but the best thing about this experience was how Mario picked me up and motivated me to push harder. i needed a motivator when my will power was deteriorating.
HIGHLY recommended... he saved me from self destruction.
