The same issue when i lost my job on the 21st march when i needed to be put on furlough. epayme failed to do this. i had to speak my agency rep to call several times to persuade them to put put me on furlough because they had done it for 6000 staff. very bad company no one should join. very racist and arrogant company. they are only interested in taking the fees from wages and selfish gains. such an attitude should not be shown to employees working for you. this is Britain with civilized people but not barbaric individuals who do not respect employees just like epayme company. I have been whit EPayMe for over an year know. I lost my job this year April due to COVID-19 and I asked my employer EPayMe to put me on the furlough scheme and they refused to do so.
The first started to say that I am not eligible to apply for it ( not until today they have not said why ) , then they told me they are working whit my teaching agency to solve this matter ( of course nothing happened ) ; then they told me is not them they need to put me on the scheme but is my agency ; my agency explain them that they are the employer and they have to do it ( they even send an e-mail to EPayMe to tell & explain this ) , and of course they dint respond to this ; after all of this they told me I will get an written answer in post to tell me why ; until today nothing ; And funny thing is : i pay them weekly to do what they are supposed to do ;
I believe of why they don’t do that is because I am not British; I don’t think they like immigrants ( as long as they get money from you and you don’t ask nothing in return , they are happy whit you and you can work for them )
I had issues whit payments from them to : there was an error in my teaching agency website and my timesheet was not submitted; I needed the money so I called my teaching agency they transfer the money to epayme but because it was on the Tuesday epayme could not pay me on the same week Friday . this happened twice ; my advice is : if you work whit them don’t ; run from them like the devil ;

Awful company - avoid at all costs. They deduct a lot of holiday pay and when you ask them to pay they take £30 in adminisation costs. Out of £100 of hard earned money I was left with 56. Use Other umbrella companys . This company are commiting daylight robbery. More...

Recently I experienced a delay in the processing of my time sheet from the client to the agency, this meant I missed the submission deadline. The Customer Services Team at ePayMe were fantastic in liaising with the agency to resolve this, the Payroll department then ensured that my time sheet was processed and made payment to me within the same day.
