Nice club and very friendly people. I think is the best club in west London. I recommended this club for boxer on Easy level like for advanced.
The coaches are friendly but will also test your limits.
Also not encountered any egos which is a refreshing change from the countless other martial arts clubs I have attended.

I leave my business on Portobello Road to bring my two boys, Mikaeel (10) and Raphael(7), from home in Southall to the CBA on Freston Road because it is THAT good!They are taught the forms and techniques of boxing properly so that they have an excellent grounding and base upon which to improve.The coaches are all ABA accredited and really know what they are doing.My only gripe is that for their age group there are only two sessions a week (Tuesday 4.30-5.30 and Friday 4.30-5.30) and so I can only bring them twice a week rather than every day , which I would prefer.Also, the kids love it , which is how it should be. I've been working out in various gyms since I was a teenager. My training has always been very important to me. I was one of those people who would go to the gym 6 times a week, believing that I needed that level of frequency to look good. I took time away from family and friends but made sure I trained almost every day. Training was my life and my religion. The years of intensive training sessions had finally worn me down though and every gym session ended with illness. Since starting a few months ago with Jason's Personal Training, I have never felt fitter and stronger. Jason taught me that it was not necessary to train long, but rather to train smart, and to make use of scheduled rest days to make better long term gains. Along the programme he set me, we measured my fitness and strength at several stages and the numbers do not lie... they all increased. I now know why I'm doing 10 or 20 repetitions of an exercise and through working out smarter I've made more time for myself outside of the gym whilst still improving. I can't recommend him enough and will always be grateful to him for changing my way of thinking, as well as my body shape and fitness levels. More...
Jason has given me a new outlook on exercise since I started using his service about 4 months ago. We set some clear goals and yes, the first sessions were very challenging but I got used to it quicker than I expected. The best part about the programs Jason sets me, is as time went on I didn't need him to be present as often (which keeps the expense down). Basically he adapted my programs gradually so that I am now pretty self sufficient and only require his help when I fancy a new challenge.In the end I managed to reach my targets and retain my curves (even have some nice new ones). Jason is a friendly, knowledgeable and experienced trainer who has managed to improve my fitness without me even realising it. As well as a gym PT he is also a boxing specialist and he has opened my eyes to the incredibly fun world of boxing for fitness. He combines interval training, grueling abs sessions and boxing technique that engages your mind and gets you sweating. He works at your pace and adjusts to your level of fitness but pushes you HARD!
