Having 20 years sales experience, selling, managing, training and coaching I fully understand the behaviours, attitudes and skills required to be successful in selling. It is a well known fact that training followed up by coaching is four times more successful than training without follow up coaching. Being an experienced trainer and coach training design is very important. Not only do I design and deliver my own training material I also design for others too. It is so important to bespoke training to each and individual client as apposed to taking a course off the shelf as it were. Different skill levels and experience levels all need to be taken into consideration to ensure a positive and memorable training course.
