Lee, who visited us in Liverpool, is possibly the most knowledgable person on the planet when it comes to rats! He was so funny and relaxing and I wish we could be best friends because he genuinely was the perfect person to have around after a full night of no sleep worrying about rats.
My partner and I couldn’t stop smiling the whole time he was here, he’s like a caricature of a pest controller! His turn of phrase is incredible. called eliminate Ltd after finding what I think is a mouse nest. Can't call the council till tomorrow and freaking out. the owner gave me some great advice to help me at least sleep tonight and advised me to call the council tomorrow and to call him back it they don't come out. very helpful and with the info I gave him he was able to identify the likely type of mouse and assured me it was most likely to have food hidden under it as opposed to being a nest. definitely made me feel better, educated me and I know I have somewhere local to turn if the council can't help and didn't charge me a penny. thanks so much! x More...

Well, I thought to write a short message but Eliminate team is awesome- they are professional, efficient and have a good heart. And I want to explain why. I called them yesterday in distress as it looks like we rented a flat with carpet beetles & our letting agent was not helpful (say Santa Claus will not visit him). So I talked to Ben & he came all the way to Glasgow today as an independent expert, he inspected the property & explained us stuff about the bugs which were there, and he did not charge us for that. We found that we had a wasps nest in the loft. After contacting a few other companies - who were wanting to charge us a ridiculous amount (£120 +VAT) we found Eliminate who quoted us £50 +VAT. From the first call, we were very impressed with the professional and calming way in which we were treated. Our minds were totally put at ease and our stress levels soon returned to zero. We were told exactly what to expect, how long it would take and how much it would all cost ...... unlike Rentokil who wouldn't even give me a ball park figure unless I jumped through all their registration hoops. I was told the wasp nest guy would give me a call about half an hour before he arrived, which he did. When he arrived he was quick to explain what he was going to do and also explained the different outcomes for us if he couldn't actually remove the nest. Luckily for us all he managed to get the nest out wirh no trouble and the entire operation was over within an hour.If you want a friendly, helpful, informative professional service to remove a wasp nest, I would thoroughly recommend Eliminate. Grey Squirrel Control
Eliminate Ltd can control grey squirrels in a number of legal ways and our technicians will be happy to advise the best method for the situation that the offending grey squirrel is in.
In addition Eliminate Ltd can also provide squirrel proofing to the building in a number of ways where squirrels are a problem.
It is an offence under the Countryside Act 1981 to release or allow escape of a grey squirrel. Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 all trapped animals must be dispatched humanely.
Rats/Mice
Eliminate carry out two visits on your property.
The first visit consists of surveying the premises in order to find the areas of highest activity, we will place out poison or necessary equipment in these areas.
The second visit will take place 10 to 14 days later. Assessing the treatment carried out and providing advice for the future.
Depending on your infestation, by this point we have usually solved the problem that you are experiencing and can then remove any equipment we have used
Wasps
Eliminate will come out to your premises and spray your wasp nest with an insecticide we are fully licensed to use.
We also fully guarantee our work with Wasps. If they are still active in the same spot as we treated 10 days after treatment, we will carry out a further treatment for free.
