I can really recommend Recha. If you feel unsure about going to counselling I suggest you just go for a first session and try it out. Recha is super kind and welcoming. She offers a great space for you to share as much or as little as you wish. Seeing Recha helped me gain a better picture of myself and what thoughts are in my head and why they are there. Thank you Recha! More...

I can't recommend Recha enough. Since I started having regular sessions with her I feel I have finally gained some understanding of the events that have led me to where I am now, how I can take control of who I am, my reactions to the events in my life and where I am going. She also provides a safe place to get anything I need off my chest and to untangle my thoughts or feelings in order to make sense of it all. She is compassionate and non-judgemental, and has given me hope that I can choose my own fate, which is something I had somewhat stopped believing. Thank you Recha! More...

Q&As

The greatest reward comes from helping individuals overcome the obstacles which were holding them up. Whether it is a lifting of depression, overcoming anxiety, quitting an addictive behavior or making a correct decision.

There is a growing need for affordable therapy in the our community. Many people are finding that the style of therapy offered by the NHS is too narrow to meet their needs; They are limited to several sessions -appointment times are often inconvenient and there are always long delays lasting several months to years. People need good quality help right-now, not several months into the distant future.
People need immediate access, they know when their time is right, they are ready to work on their issues here and now, not in several months. Many of my clients also report that they like to have some flexibility in order to meet the work and family needs.

Our practice is highly reflexive. We can book clients in within days. They will see a highly trained and experienced counsellor for as many sessions as they feel is required. They can arrange an appointment time in accordance with their lifestyle.
