What do you love most about your job?
I love going in to small companies and resolving their HR issues. By knowing the law and sticking to policies, many issues can be resolved surprisingly easily. You get to know about the company and meet the people. I find that small companies have a real desire to get HR right and want to motivate their staff and look after them. This is my brand of HR and I can make a real impact. I love not knowing what issues I will be faced with and every day being different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I identified a real need for small businesses, who could not afford a full-time HR person, to have HR support. I have found that I can make a real difference to these businesses and to their staff.
Why should our clients choose you?
I make people management simple and effective by letting businesses know the law and the processes to follow. And I provide contracts, handbooks, policies, letters and advice to enable them to do this.
