I'm writing this review to let people know about our experience with Dream ice. We have spent over £6000 on trimming the interior with flocked suede material.
When we first approached Rob to explain what we wanted, he didn't seem to be writing any of it down, which we found a little strange at the time.
On receiving our van back, the job at a glance looked OK, but we noticed we hadn't got a lot of the things we had asked for (I.e double stitching and diamond stitching over the dash, which we were told was going to be a feature). When we looked closer at the job, we found more and more issues/faults. There was a complete lack of attention to detail, the trimmed dash, door cards and headlining were fitted extremely poorly with creases in all areas, cut marks in corners and glue marks. It also looks terrible on the headlining around the central area with stiching, and stretched material which was supposed to be a feature. We were so deflated, not only with the finished job but the missed deadlines and having to put our holiday date back a couple of weeks because other more lucrative jobs which came in after ours seemed to take priority. After that, we just didn't have the energy to go back and complain at the time, as well as not wanting to return due to feeling very unwelcome when we were there, and were treated with such disdain -not by Steve, but Rob, the owner, maybe take a leaf out of steves book when it comes to customer service. The final straw that tipped us over the edge and we finally said 'no more', was when the material began coming away in three areas and bits are still falling off when we drive around. This is completely unacceptable less than a year after being fitted!
We contacted the company and were told the owner Rob was off, so we waited another month with no reply. We then sent a second email 3 weeks ago with no response, yet again. It's disgraceful that they were quick enough to take thousands of pounds from us and then after delivering a shoddy job, completely avoid contact.
We feel they have ruined our beloved VW T5 Campervan.
We are now in the process of filing to Small claims court to recoup the money, so we can have the whole job redone professionally, as they have left us with no alternative due to no communication and poor customer service.
I can only advise strongly that people avoid this company, due to their poor workmanship, poor customer service and complete lack of communication. I feel they charge high prices and don't deliver a high standard of work.

FABULOUS! Had my new VW van stereo upgraded. I was advised to have new door speakers and tweeters in the front, add an amplifier and rear speakers and sound deaden the front doors. I admit I was not jumping for joy at the cost but WOW was it worth it! As soon as I picked it up and drove off it put a smile on my face it has transformed the van!
