I see that I have been the last to review on this site, but just thought I would update my experiences with the Reflexology. Now had 3 sessions. Alongside, my own general extra feet care, I am pleased to say my toes are far more more flexible. With, Bunions and Hammer toes, the feet were ready for a bit of pampering in all this heat. That is certainly, what they got! As a first time customer, having found Donna's services through recommendation and Ageless Thanet, I had a cross between, Reflexology and massage. Last week I had a facial and a massage by Donna and I have to say, it was one of the best treatments I have ever had (and I've had quite a few. ) Donna made me feel very relaxed and comfortable on arrival. She asked me about any medical or pain related issues and completed a form (which is essential.) I had the massage first and was sent in a blissful and calm place instantly. I suffer from lower back pain and Donna knew exactly where to concentrate on as I had explained earlier and used the correct pressure. My facial was also amazing and I left feeling glowing. I spoke about my skin concerns and Donna worked out which oils and creams would be best. After my treatment, I felt so good and relaxed. The treatment room smells lovely and has relaxing music playing and all Donna's certificates are displayed. She has an impressive 20 years experience which is evident in her knowledge and touch. •At first, she let me in 15 minutes before appointment time which was a great feeling.
. The place is simple, pure, clean. Donna will go through some questions to know more about your self, your goals for this massage - after having an idea on what to work on, Donna will make you a cocktail of oils specific to your needs and taste.
•Then you get comfortable, the table is comfy, the music is really chill. It’s time to let yourself go - her experience and understanding of the body will bring you to the goals you talked to before - her approach to the body is really «circular».. You might not know it but she has a plan, it make senses, it flows and there is always a point of contact which felt like a great feeling when you have you eyes closed.
•After the session, back to reality, the first thing I noticed was the 18 certificates she had on her wall - Best feeling ever, my mind & body are really grateful. I will come back.

Thank you Donna for providing these holistic services in Margate.This is my second therapeutic aromatherapy massage by Donna and the first one at the new business address by Margate station. Ideal location after a long day at work and a long commute back from London. It’s off the train and step into the therapy room. I won’t be hesitating to book my third session. Quality of services; exceptional, caring and a very professional approach from the initial contact of booking a session to when you leave the therapy room. What inspired you to start your own business?
I discovered the benefits of complementary therapies whilst addressing my own health issues in my early twenties. After which I developed a keen interest and went on to pursue professional qualifications.
My initial training, in 1997, was undertaken with Gabriel Mojay, Author of ‘Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit’, at ‘The Institute of Traditional Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy’. Since then I've undertaken, many post-graduate forms of training and continuing professional development.

I'm a complementary therapist and educator with 20+ years experience.
I'm a member of The International Federation of Professional Aromatherpists, a professional association for therapists that have undertaken training to the highest standards. Members adhere to a strict ‘Code of Ethics’ ensuring that high standards of professional integrity and healthcare are maintained.
I've spent her career working in private practice, for charitable organisations and teaching, successfully helping a broad range of clients and also specialising in HIV, AIDS, Cancer and serious life altering illness support.
The therapies I offer have a positive influence on all the bodily systems and may: relax, revive, refresh, replenish vitality, help maintain your sense of wellbeing, assist you to feel happier / healthier and make life a little easier to cope with.
As each person is different, the effects are many and varied. Usually the aim is to help you feel extremely relaxed and so it is advisable to keep some time free in your personal schedule after a treatment to maximise the benefits.
