Most houses are suitable for converting nowadays but older property's are more suitable because the roofs are built traditional as apose to having trusses which most modern houses have .
Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
Firstly fit steel beams to take floor joists , then fit joists and insurlate floor lay floor boards ,fit new staircase, build studding to all walls , bring in the 1st fix trades then cellotex walls and ceiling, plaster loft then 2nd fix loft .
