Our creative process starts from you.
We provide a personal service which starts with what you are looking to achieve with the project you have in mind. This is followed up with questions to understand your requirements better. We only go to the drawing board once we have the complete understanding of your needs and requirements.
This is the only way in our view to produce the work to your complete satisfaction.
Once a draft proposal is prepared, we sit down with you to go through the details. Upon agreement, the work starts to be finished with in an agreed deadline. You then get to see the final version to suggest any changes - if any - before the project goes live.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The first question that we ask our client is 'why' of the project they propose.
We then need to know the 'what' and the 'how'. This is followed up by 'when' and 'what if'.
We only start the project once we get satisfactory answers to all the questions.
What do you love most about your job?
There is not a better feeling then bringing our clients' ideas, thoughts, or needs into reality. When we deliver a website, or a design or better than expected results on social media marketing, the joy and excitement on our clients' faces is what provide food to our creative minds. We absolutely love delivering projects which are based on our clients' dreams.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The urge and wish to help small to medium sized business grow at the back of digital revolution.
I remember when I started out. I was a scared little kid in a big bad world with so many to confuse and distract me but very few to guide and support. There were monsters wanting me to spend with them for every step if I wanted to promote my services online. But I was lucky enough that the very few that I had, were the loyal ones who were sincere in guiding me in the right way. But I quickly realised that there are hundreds and thousands of ambitious people like me but don't have the fortunes of having a few trusted ones around them.
Devil Media was born out of that necessity. A necessity to have a digital marketing agency who not only provide a comprehensive portfolio of services under one roof so that businesses don't have to go from pillar to post, but also provide a no non-sense advice on how to make the most out of their marketing efforts.
