As soon as we received Designstudiosw contact details from you we contacted them and made arrangements for Mr Chris Wells chief designer and owner of the above company to come out to our house to discuss our plans to expand our property.
We showed him the proposed double floor extention to the side of house and double garage plus garden store to the entrance side of our building. We also at the same time wanted to extend our dormer bungalow into a conventional 6 bedroomed house, in all aspects you can see quite a substantial build in total.
We asked his advise on planning and building type and also asked him for a quotation for his drawing up f the plans and submission to the local council on our behalf.
He left his card with us which had no address or his qualifications on it which left us puzzled and it is now two weeks later and have not heard a word from him or a quotation in the post.
