My name's Dave. I’m a mobile Personal Trainer in Plymouth. I help people lose weight, get fit and feel great!
I travel to you at home, work or your local park, to provide my personal training services.

Just five weeks in, I've lost weight and centimetres and feel fitter, stronger and more agile than I have for 20 years. What surprises me most is that I am looking forward to the remainder of our 26-week programme! Dave is tailoring this specifically for me - and it is working. Dave has been helping me train for a marathon for a number of months now. I came to him because I was always injuring myself in the same way, resulting in time spent out of a training schedule, meaning I was never fully prepared for a marathon. Dave has been incredibly patient in effectively rebuilding my running style bit by bit. Since I started working with Dave, I have felt much fitter, but also have learned more than I knew possible about running technique. Hopefully this will be reflected in my upcoming run but, in any case, it's been a brilliant experience. I'd recommend Dave without a second's hesitation. More...

I'm a fairly experienced distance runner but had reached a plateau in terms of improving my marathon times. The more I pushed my training, the more I got injured. I reached out to Dave to see what could be done. Dave has completely reworked my running style, resulting in much faster times but also in far fewer injuries. His sessions are smart, imaginative and have truly opened my eyes to what running is really about. I’ve worked out with Dave for almost a year now and he’s very good. Made me more comfortable to workout in public, he’s very motivating and extremely accommodating especially when my health problems flare up and I have to reschedule or do a lighter session. He’s tailored workouts to me so I enjoy the sessions and I feel like I’ve got a lot out of them. I enjoy the range of exercises we do from trx to kettle bells etc. 10/10 very good trainer; even picks me up from my house as I don’t have a car. Will miss training with him when I go on exchange. I am 62 years old, ex forces trying to get back into fitness. I approached Dave for advice. I was so impressed by his knowledge and enthusiasm I decided to take him on as my personal trainer. Dave is an excellent trainer and motivator. He makes the sessions fun and enjoyable. In a short space of time I am performing exercises I would never have attempted on my own. As a result I've become fitter and stronger and been able to achieve what I believed to be impossible! I contacted Dave after a friend recommended him as I have not done any fitness for years and couldn’t find the motivation to start. I’m not a huge fan of gyms and could never find the energy to go after work. I wanted to get fit and lose weight. Dave has really helped me get started. He designed a training plan for my requirements for each session and guided me through it. I have now been working with Dave for a few months and have really enjoyed the sessions and have noticed a real difference. I feel healthier, have lost weight and I now have much more energy. Dave is an excellent trainer. He is patient, encouraging and motivating and I really like the way he explains things so clearly. Every exercise is broken down and he tells you exactly what you are doing and why. He demonstrates clearly before supporting you the first time you do it. His sessions are well structured: warm up, demonstration, 2 or 3 sets of each main exercise/s and finally a warm down. He knows how to pitch your level so that he is just pushing you a little outside your comfort zone. Would definitely recommend Dave. More...
