Brilliant service - I originally got them out to help advise on our business needs e.g anti-virus, back up solutions, general support, replacement hardware. .great service really helpful. However, on a personal front I'd also got a PC graveyard in the loft. They gave me a good price to remove all data etc and dispose safely the PC's which is peace of mind for me. I had a laptop that was good enough for the kids to use, so they cleared off all the problems/virus and gave me back a clean, use-able machine ! brilliant, highly recommended. I have purchased a couple of hours 'support time' for general on-going support for the business, and will continue to top-up as I we go along.
