What do you love most about your job?
The stimulus of problem solving! Working closely with clients, some of whom are in stressful or complex situations, and being able to find solutions to their problems, as a team.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The independence to make something great. It is frustrating thing, as an employee, to see something being mismanaged. Starting my own business provide me with the opportunity to make things work better.
